Moving Beyond’s DE&I Foundations: Cultivating Accountability and Action online course guides you in building your knowledge and skills while giving you the confidence to integrate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion competencies in your organization. Our DE&I Foundations course contains 12 training modules that show you how to successfully use DEI principles in your everyday work experience. Each course component has both solo and group activities.
Course Curriculum
Each course module contains approximately 30-45 minutes of self-guided training content, a self-reflection activity and a detailed Facilitator's Guide for small group conversations.
